How do I make the AI voice say my business name correctly?

Use the pronunciation feature on the agent.

1. Open the agent and go to its pronunciation settings.
2. Type the word, for example your business name. It generates pronunciation options.
3. If you do not like the options, create your own, for example by typing the word with dashes between the syllables.
4. Save it.

From then on, any time the AI says that word it uses your pronunciation.

If an English voice still does not say a word from another language naturally (for example a Spanish word in a greeting), either use a voice built for that language, or record your own audio message and play it, so it is read exactly the way you want.
